IEEE reserves the right to exclude the paper from distribution after the conference (e.g. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the presenting author is absent.

Face-To-Face Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

1. The official language is English.
2. Each oral presentation is allocated a 20-minute time slot including Q&A. It is strongly recommended that presenters plan on a 15-minute presentation and leave 5 minutes for Q&A.
3. All the presenters are required to use the laptops provided by the organizer for presentation. If using a PowerPoint presentation, please save the file in USB and upload it to the conference laptop in the meeting room. Our staff will assist you to save your file. We highly recommend you to bring two copies of your file or as a backup.
4. Please use standard font and the Windows Operating System only.
5. If your presentation contains linked audio or movie files, please save the files in the same folder.
6. Please arrive in the session room no less than 15 minutes before the beginning of your session.

Poster Presentation
Format:

1. Format of the poster is in portrait mode only.
2. Mounting material to hang your poster will be provided.
3. Place a heading that runs the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.
4. The poster should be readable from a distance of 1-1.5 meters.
5. Your name, Paper ID, School, or Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.
6. The poster is preferably of size  841 mm*1189 mm  (A0 Size).

Poster Printing File
You could either upload it at this portal or send it by e-mail to [email protected], with the subject line of "APSIPA-24 Poster Printing file" no later than 16:00 November 29, 2024 (GMT+8, Macao Local Time).

Poster Pick-up
Posters will be distributed to Galaxy International Convention Center. And it can be picked up at the registration counter during the conference on Dec 3-6 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
