Travel Grant Applications

The APSIPA Travel Grant Scheme aims to provide financial support to participants from ASEAN countries (excluding Singapore), Bangladesh and India attending APSIPA ASC. The scheme aims to promote inclusivity and foster collaboration within the APSIPA community.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Travel Grant Scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • The applicant must be a resident of one of the ASEAN countries (excluding Singapore), Bangladesh or India.
  • The applicant must have paper(s) accepted for presentation at APSIPA ASC.
  • The applicant must attend the APSIPA ASC in person to present the paper.

    • The detail of the application procedure will be posted.

    The grant consists of a maximum of 25 scholarships of US$400 each.
    Applicants wishing to apply for the Travel Grant should submit an online application, by 9 October, 5pm (HK time). Applicants will be notified about the decision by no later than 12 October.
